This session is a part of a larger initiative co-sponsored between The Office of Religious Life and Columbia Health, "Rituals of Wellbeing: A Multifaith Exploration of Spirituality."

We'll be inviting a range of facilitators and instructors with backgrounds in faith and wellbeing to share how one can incorporate rituals of healing into their everyday lives through the lens of their tradition(s). Whether through meditation, dance, yoga, prayer, etc. we hope each event would highlight student’s and staff’s capacity to feel connected to their own bodily experience and to each other.

Wellbeing cannot exist as an event or a season, it has to be stitched into the fabric of our lives. Please join us!
