Witnessing: Gender-expansive experiences and practices with the arts

June 30, 2021
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
America/New_York
Online Event

Join us for a student-led campus conversation and reflection on artists who are redefining our perspective of gender within the arts. This conversation will engage our shared understanding of queer art and culture across modalities and beyond boundaries. How are history, activism, identity, and community inhabited by queer cultural producers? How are we creating opportunities for authentic engagement and interpretation of these works? This conversation invites you to reflect on your own encounters with artworks and artmakers and share your own expressive practices and creative approaches to making new and innovative connections beyond the gender binary within the arts. Registration is required - please register here.
