Take a break to relax and refresh with yoga in Earl Hall. Free Yoga classes (open level) will be offered in the Auditorium in Earl Hall every Tuesday evening during the spring 2022 semester. Classes run through the end of March.
No pre-registration required; open to all Columbia University students. Please bring your own mat and arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign in and set up. There is a 5 minute late policy, doors close at 7:05pm.
