Ash Wednesday is February 18, 2026
Ashes will be distributed on the Morningside Campus at the following times and locations:
- 3pm, Catholic liturgy and ashes distribution at St. Paul's Chapel on campus
- 12:30pm and 7:00pm, Episcopal Service and ashes distribution at St. Paul's Chapel on campus
- 8am and 6pm, Catholic Mass and and ashes distribution at Corpus Christi Church (529 West 121st Street)
- 12:10pm, Columbia community Catholic Mass and ashes distribution at Notre Dame Church (114th and Morningside Drive)
Ashes will be distributed at the CUIMC campus at the following times and locations:
- Services held in the Pauline A. Hartford Memorial Chapel at 8:30 a.m. (Mass), 12:05 p.m. (Mass), and 5:15 p.m. (Ecumenical).
- Ashes distributed in the Pauline A. Hartford Chapel (PH1) and Milstein Chapel (Mil2) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
