The Office of Religious Life is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Baccalaureate Service. Nominations are due by Wednesday, December 1, 2021

The Baccalaureate Service is a multi-faith service celebrating the completion of each undergraduate’s academic career. Graduating seniors from CC, SEAS, GS, and Barnard are eligible to give a reading or speech from their tradition.

In order to achieve our annual goal of bringing together student participants who represent the wonderful diversity of our university community, we invite nominations for student speakers. To nominate an individual, please submit the following:

  1. Name of student
  2. Student's uni and school
  3. Student's faith tradition
  4. A short paragraph (about 50-100 words) describing how the student you are nominating is a leader in your faith tradition and why they would make a great reader or speaker to represent their faith tradition and their school.

Kindly e-mail your nomination to Religious Life Coordinator, Tessa McGowan, at [email protected], by December 1. For any further questions about nominations or the Baccalaureate Service, please contact Tessa McGowan.
