When thinking about your well-being, you may consider the physical, mental, emotional, and social constructs of well-being. For many of us, spiritual well-being is an essential aspect of overall wellness, existing alongside of and related to our physical, mental, and emotional health.

Please join us as our panel of interfaith religious life advisers discusses how faith traditions and spiritual tools can contribute to our spiritual wellness. Participation in the event will offer exposure to ideas utilized by other practitioners that can enhance your own practice, peace, and spiritual wellness. Faculty and staff of any, all, or no faith tradition are invited to attend. Please register to attend

Panelists include campus rabbi Yonah Hain, Buddhist Priest Rev. Doyeon Park, and Cru Religoius Life Advisor Vicky Samaritano. Panel moderated by Dean of Religious Life Rev. Dr. Ian Rottenberg.

This program is organized by the Office of Religious Life and the Office of Work/Life
