Introducing a new Podcast from Counseling and Psychological Services

February 10, 2021

Invisible and On Stage a new podcast series from Columbia Health’s Counseling and Psychological Services

Hosted by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Keoshia Worthy, the podcast is meant to provide an open and informative conversation around racism-related stress and identity and the way they impact mental health. It is dedicated to supporting Black students who struggle against stereotype threat, alienation, and impostor syndrome, and for whom microaggressions and more overt forms of systemic racism affect emotional wellbeing.

In each episode, Dr. Worthy reflects on her journey in academia as a Black woman and is joined by guests who share their personal experiences as Black professionals and as students.

Students are invited to listen to the podcast on health.columbia.edu/invisible Please note: the web page will prompt the listener to log in with their UNI and password.
