Columbia Religious Life participated in the annual CUIMC ERG Summit this spring semester. Dean Ian Rottenberg led the Community Conversations session on Connection, Meaning, & Shared Impact at Work. Participants were given prompts to explore how their work, employee resource groups, and workplace contributed to their sense of meaning.
